Know the Eligibility Criteria
Just like remote work, hybrid work is not for everyone. For example, organizations that deal with electrical, chefs, ballet dancers, surgeons, refuse collectors, and more such workers can not aim to establish a hybrid work culture in the longer run. Organizations need to be absolutely sure about which roles are eligible for the hybrid work model and which are not.

According to Gartner Forecast, the worldwide spend on technology will increase by 6.2% in 2021. With a high level of investment in technology comes the responsibility of using technology for the best manners.
